ADTRAN Works with BroadSoft and Polycom on Hosted Services Delivery

ADTRAN, Inc. has announced recently that it is working together with BroadSoft and Polycom, Inc. on simplifying hosted solutions for customers and service providers. This will be made possible thanks to new interoperable hosted communications solution kits, made for businesses of all sizes to serve as a "one-stop shop" for finding service providers. The solutions kits come with zero-touch deployment and provisioning back to the BroadSoft softswitch, and include all applicable networking hardware phones.

When service providers use the BroadWorks platform, they can select solution kits from ADTRAN, including ADTRAN NetVanta routers or gateways, Polycom SoundStation, SoundPoint IP conference and desktop phones, and installation and maintenance. The hosted communication solution kits allow businesses to deliver a quality communication experience to their customers with greater speed and fewer resources, and provide quality customer support and technology, keeping customers engaged and returning.
